

The experienced sales tactics are the stereotyped aggressive used car salesman and all about entrapping and cost driven. I have had experience with Lansweeper in prior companies and I like the product itself. I do not have specific dates and providing feedback on our experience as a whole. Poor sales tactics and implementation supportĭate of experience is a general date. Lansweeper definitely prides itself with happy customers. Between the forums and one on one support, no issue goes unsolved. On top of all else, the support is unmatched. This feature alone saves us time, as well as giving us the ability to be proactive for information technology problems. There is nothing that can be logged on a device that Lansweeper can’t make a report of. We can create endless reports based on device statistics and details. In addition, the adaptability makes Lansweeper invaluable to us. The days of Excel spreadsheets are over for us.

Lansweeper enables our IT department to locate detailed network information quickly. We support 4 locations with 350 users and over 1000 devices. It surpasses other network inventory software in features, support, and price. The only problem with Lansweeper is that we leave it open all day! We have been using Lansweeper since its inception, and don’t know what we would do without it.
